Who We Are

The Antero Foundation (the "Foundation") was established in 2018 as a private foundation with its main contributors being Antero Resources Corporation and Antero Midstream Corporation (collectively “Antero”).

The Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was formed to concentrate and effectively manage Antero’s rich history of charitable giving. It focuses on expanding community involvement and cultivating new charitable partnerships while ensuring future giving aligns with Antero’s core values of protecting our people, communities and the environment.
